Actilite

Nepriľnavé krytie z pletenej viskózy napustené kombináciou Manuka medu a Manuka oleja zvyšujúcou jeho antimikrobiálnu účinnosť. Actilite je efektívny pri prevencii alebo redukcii bakteriálneho osídlenia rany. Je šetrný k pokožke a udržuje vlhké prostredie v rane podporujúce hojenie.

Indikácie
Actilite je určený na zabránenie vzniku infekcie a liečbu infekcie v kombinácií s Activon Tube, na typy rán ako sú:
- preležaniny,
- vredy predkolenia,
- vredy na nohách diabetikov,
- popáleniny,
- operačné rany,
- odberové plochy,
- odreniny,
- rezné rany.
Kontraindikácie
Nepoužívajte v prípade alergie na medové produkty. Niektorí pacienti môžu po aplikácii pociťovať bolesť, v závislosti od citlivosti rany, môže byť potrebné zvážiť primeranú úroveň analgézie. Ak bolesť neustupuje, prerušte používanie a vyčistite ranu fyziologickým roztokom. Upozornenie: obsahuje glukózu. Odporúča sa monitorovať pacientov s ochorením diabetes.
Použitie
Aplikujte priamo na ranu ktoroukoľvek stranou. V prípade väčšej rany použite potrebný počet Actilite krytí na prekrytie celého povrchu rany. Actilite môžete strihaním upraviť podľa potreby, materiál z viskózy sa nestrapká. Následne prekryte sekundárnym krytím podľa vlastného uváženia a v závislosti od rozsahu poranenia môžete použiť filmové alebo absorpčné krytie. Ako sekundárne krytie pri mokvajúcich ranách odporúčame superabsorpčné krytie Eclypse.
Frekvencia výmeny
Dĺžka použitia závisí od klinického stavu rany, indikáciou pre výmenu krytia je zmena jeho farby, krytie môže byť použité maximálne 7 dní.
